Investments and advice involving money are usually very sensitive topics, bearing in mind that it is forbidden to build high expectations by promising abstract results. The risk and volatility of the market are aspects that need to be evident in the communication in line with regulatory standards. On the other hand, this does not mean that a wealth manager presentation or brochure should be technical, and full of numbers, like a company's annual report.

When Daniel Klein, the FORTUNE's shareholder enquired with me, he was trying to give a sophisticated appearance to their presentation and also trying to translate what makes his company different in the market.
To achieve that, I workshopped with Daniel in order to find out what was the unique feature in this Brazilian company FORTUNE.
Upon telling me that he really was not after engaging clients by socialising with playing golf, for
instance, I suggested to use it as his strength to highlight the idea that he can dig out the truth by working in a creative way with great results instead.
Aside from that, in some cases, to show how Fortune takes investiment risks seriously but also with a wide view of opportunities, I decided to use some other sports.
